Trains have been part of my life since I was very young. I grew up in a village on the Bluebell Railway, and regularly have the pleasure of being able to hear the whistles of the steam locomotives echoing across the hills. In recent years I have spent some time photographing various locomotives and infrastructure at the various stations on the Bluebell Railway, and recording the visiting locomotives during the annual Giants of Steam Gala.
